![]() ![]() ![]() Delete the WRData and WRCore folders (if present).Once the agent has uninstalled it is recommend to delete the WRData and WRCore directories (if present) from ProgramData, which is a hidden system directory.Agent commands are processed as devices check-in. For information on how to force a device to check-in, click here.The system will quickly flash a Success message.In the next window, click Deactivate Device.At the top of the screen, use the Agent Commands drop-down menu to select Deactivate Device.Check the boxes for the devices where you want to remove the agent.Under the Sites & Groups column, expand the Site and click the Group that contains the devices.Log in to the Webroot Management console.In the confirmation panel, tap OK to remove SecureAnywhere from your device. If prompted, enter your Webroot password and tap OK to continue. From the main SecureAnywhere Mobile panel, press your mobile device's Menu button. Note: When devices are deactivated, their licenses are cancelled, they are moved to the Deactivated Group (accessible in the Endpoint Protection console) and agent software is removed via agent command.
